DUET SPA & SPORTS. S.L.U. (hereinafter, "DUIN") with C.I.F B62925128, with registered office at C/Entença, nº 95, 4º 1ª 08015 Barcelona, owner of the Website hosted under the domain name https://www.duinclub.com/ (hereinafter, "Website").

These terms of use govern free access to and use of the Website hosted under the domain name https://www.duinclub.com/. Access to or use of the Website implies the User's acceptance of these Terms of Use. However, DUIN may establish specific conditions for the contracting or use of certain services or products offered through the Website.

As a User of the Website, we inform you that it is FORBIDDEN and, therefore, its consequences will be your exclusive responsibility, to access or use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, with or without economic purpose, and, specifically, and without the following list being absolute, it is prohibited:

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions will be governed by Spanish common law. Any dispute will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. In the event that the Client has the status of consumer, the current consumer regulations will apply, which will determine the jurisdiction that must hear the relations between DUIN and the User of the Website.
