1.- CORPORATE INFORMATION

DUET SPA & SPORTS. S.L.U. (hereinafter, “DUET”) with C.I.F. B62925128, with address at C/Velázquez 11, 1º izda, 28001 Madrid, owner of the Website hosted under the domain name https://www.duetsports.com/ (hereinafter, “Website“).

2.- CONDITIONS OF USE

These terms of use govern the free access and use of the Website hosted under the domain name www.duinclub.com . Access to or use of the Website implies the User’s acceptance of these Terms of Use. However, DUET may establish specific conditions for the contracting or use of certain services or products offered through the Website.

3.- USES NOT ALLOWED

As a User of the Website, we inform you that it is FORBIDDEN and, therefore, its consequences will be your exclusive responsibility, to access or use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, with or without economic purpose, and, specifically, and without the following list being absolute, it is prohibited:

DUET may, at any time, modify these conditions or introduce new conditions of use, it being sufficient to do so through the Website.

9.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions will be governed by Spanish common law. Any dispute will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. In the event that the Client has the status of consumer, the consumer regulations in force will be applicable, which will determine the jurisdiction that must hear the relations between DUET and the User of the Website.
