Center regulations
In order to guarantee the perfect functioning of the sports facilities and maintain an adequate level of service, the Management of the centre makes available to you the Internal Regulations of use:
1. GENERAL RULES
- The installation is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Smoking is not allowed in any space of the facility, including the vending and the solarium area.
- The entry of animals throughout the enclosure is expressly prohibited, with the exception of guide dogs for blind people.
- The season ticket holder card is personal and non-transferable. Its loan to another person will mean the cancellation of the holder.
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in order to use the facilities, except when they participate in a specific activity for these age groups.
- It is mandatory to respect the schedules established for the different activities.
- Damage and/or imperfection caused to the installation and/or material due to misuse will lead to its replacement and may result in the loss of the right to be paid.
- In the subscriber service there are sheets available to users for suggestions and/or complaints.
- In compliance with current legislation, it is possible that some spaces of the facility may close for a few days during the month of August.
- These regulations may be extended or modified at the discretion of the Management of the Centre and non-compliance with them may result in the permanent suspension of the right of entry to the centre.
- Duin Màgic Badalona reserves the right of admission.
2. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
- At the time of registration, the ID card and bank details of the Bank or Savings Bank must be provided in order to be able to direct debit the bills.
- The amount of the registration fee and the first payment must be paid at reception in order to process the registration. The following payments will be made by direct debit at the bank provided by the subscriber.
- The amount of the fee may vary depending on possible changes in the access modality or if it is a fee with an age limitation.
- Season ticket holders under 5 years of age will enjoy a 100% discount on the price of the season ticket and will pay the amount of the child fee from the age of 5.
- The subscriber may change the method of subscription and/or notify the change of their personal or bank details provided that they communicate it in writing before the 20th of the current month. Those received later will be processed during the following month.
- When a subscriber wishes to permanently leave the centre, they must also do so in writing at the reception of the facility before the 20th of the current month. In this case, to regain the condition of subscriber you must pay the registration fee again.
- Season ticket holders who have cancelled in a period of less than 6 months and want to sign up again, must follow the ordinary registration process by paying it. They will not be eligible for any promotion, if any.
- In the event of a return of the receipt for any reason beyond the control of the organization, the administrative costs will be borne by the subscriber (€3).
- Temporary cancellations will be valid for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months, after which the subscriber must decide whether to permanently leave or continue to be active.
- The prices of each type of access will be reviewed and updated periodically.
- Duin Màgic Badalona reserves the right to apply promotions or registration discounts to people who have been unregistered from the facility for less than 6 months.
3. MEDICAL CHECK-UPS
- Medical check-ups are highly recommended to be able to carry out a healthy sports practice and improve health.
- It is recommended that all men over 35 years of age and women over 40 undergo a stress test that evaluates physical condition before practicing physical exercise.
- Temporary medical leave shall be valid according to the medical report certifying such injury, after which the subscriber shall continue to be active with the quota prior to the event.
4. CHANGING ROOMS
- Respect the space of the other subscribers.
- All subscribers must use the lockers for occasional use equipped with a lock with a padlock and always close the door. If you have problems with the lock, please notify the facility staff.
- The lockers must be emptied once the activity is over. At the end of the day, it will be opened and the objects deposited inside will be handled as lost and found. The currency will not be returned, as a management expense.
- Any lost objects that may have been found will be kept at the reception of the centre for one week.
- In case of loss and/or breakage of the key, the amount of the same must be paid (3 €).
- It is recommended not to bring valuables. It is not allowed to deposit valuables in the lockers (jewelry, cameras, cell phones, etc.) The organization is not responsible for lost, forgotten and/or stolen objects. Duin will not be held responsible for any damage caused to goods deposited by users in the lockers.
- Children under 6 years of age may enter the corresponding changing room with their father or mother. From this age they must change on their own in the corresponding changing rooms or use the collective changing rooms. Boys accompanied by mothers and girls accompanied by fathers must use the children’s changing rooms.
- Eating inside the changing rooms is prohibited and bathing slippers must be worn to move around the changing rooms.
- We have to shower for the time strictly necessary so as not to waste water and dry ourselves in the shower area.
- For hygienic reasons, no waxing, dyeing or shaving is allowed in the locker room area.
5. FITNESS ROOM
- Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to enter or use the fitness equipment.
- Between 14 and 16 years of age, the fitness room can be used, but it will be subject to the instructions of the room technician.
- The fitness room cannot be accessed with sports bags, food, glass containers, or any other material that the facility staff deems potentially dangerous or unsuitable.
- It is not allowed to enter bare-chested, dressed in street clothes or with inappropriate footwear.
- For hygienic reasons, the use of the towel between the body and the machine used is mandatory.
- Once the training is over, we have to dry the sweat that may have remained on the sports equipment, especially the cardiovascular.
- At peak times in the room, the time limit for the use of cardiovascular machines may not exceed 20 minutes.
- The material used must be returned to its place once its use is finished.
- During the recovery break between sets, it is mandatory to give up the machine if another subscriber is waiting.
- Subscribers with individual programmes must keep their file in the file cabinet once they have used it.
- The job of sports technicians is to monitor your health: listen to their instructions, take into account their advice and ask them any questions you may have.
6. STUDIES OF DIRECTED ACTIVITIES
- It is necessary to use a towel to place on the mats to dry any sweat that may be left behind.
- Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to enter or participate in any activities, except those programmed for this age group.
- Certain activities have capacity limitations, inform you at reception about the reservation system.
- It is not allowed to enter dressed in street clothes, with a bare torso, with inappropriate footwear.
- Directed activities in the dining room are carried out throughout the year with the exception of the reductions in hours in the summer months, Sundays and holidays.
- During times of less influx, the offer of Directed Activities will be adapted proportionally. This fact is already contemplated in the calculation of the monthly payment.
- We have to be punctual; The class will not be accessible once the session has started
- In case of feeling unwell, do not downplay it, we must notify the sports technician immediately.
- The job of sports technicians is to monitor your health: listen to their instructions, take into account their advice and ask them any questions you may have.
7. INDOOR CYCLING STUDIES (CYCLING)
- Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to enter or carry out the activities, except for specific activities for this age group.
- It is not allowed to eat, smoke, enter with glass containers or sports bags.
- It is necessary to place the bicycles in the indicated place, at the beginning and end of the activity.
- It is mandatory to wear sports shoes. If it is not specific footwear, tie the laces to avoid injury.
- It is necessary to use the towel to dry sweat and clean bicycles.
- To avoid injury, do not enter the room after the warm-up is over (+/- 10 minutes from the start).
- If you feel fatigued or have a feeling of dizziness, do not hesitate to reduce the intensity of the exercise or stand progressively.
- Hydrate (drink water): before, during and after the activity.

8. INDOOR POOLS
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years of age. This responsible adult must be with him/her during the entire stay of the minor in the pool.
- We must shower before entering the pool.
- If you suffer from a heart, respiratory or epileptic disease, you must notify the monitors or lifeguards and always be accompanied.
- The use of a one-piece swimsuit is mandatory for men and a one-piece or two-piece swimsuit for women, a hat and bathing slippers.
- In the pool area, both in and out of the water, no dangerous activity is allowed, such as running, jumping, pushing, diving or playing games that may involve physical risk.
- The swimming spaces and/or lanes that, depending on the level and the programming, are delimited for courses and other activities must be respected.
- In case you feel unwell, do not downplay it, immediately notify the lifeguard or monitor.
9. RULES FOR THE SOLARIUM
- The use of musical equipment that propagates sound to the environment is expressly prohibited.
- Eating, drinking or smoking is not allowed anywhere on the solarium.
- The towel must be used to stretch out in the hammocks and reservations are not allowed.
- It is recommended to use sun protection depending on your skin type.
10. WATER AREA (TERMARIUM SPORTS)
- Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to use it.
- People who have problems with hypotension (low blood pressure), severe heart disease or varicose veins cannot use these services. In the same way, it is not advisable to spend more than 10 minutes at a time.
- It is mandatory to shower before entering the hydromassage, sauna or steam room.
- It is advisable to remove all objects that oppress the skin (watches, chains, bracelets,…).
- Each of these facilities has its own regulations for use that must be properly followed.
- It is advisable to consult your doctor before using these spaces.
10. GENERAL RULES FOR PADEL COURTS
- Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to enter without being accompanied by a person of legal age (except for courses or organized activities).
- Use within the courts clothing and footwear suitable for sports practice, being totally forbidden to use the courts without a shirt. Likewise, it is forbidden to use sports equipment not suitable for the sport in question, such as cleats or tennis racquets on the paddle courts and vice versa. The use of each court must be its own, not being able to practice any other sport for which it is not intended.
- It is forbidden to rent the courts for private lessons, not allowing the entry of baskets of balls or material for teaching paddle, except for monitors belonging to the club itself.
- The use of glass bottles is not allowed on the premises.
- It is not allowed the manipulation of the game nets by personnel outside the facility. Any anomaly should be reported to reception.
- We kindly ask you to use the garbage cans and collaborate with the good maintenance of the facilities.
- Skateboards, skateboards, bicycles and soccer balls are not allowed in the facilities.
- The access and permanence in the sports facility by the users will entail an appropriate behavior in terms of attitude and respect towards the normal development of the activities, the whole facility and the staff that provides service in the facility.
11. REGULATIONS FOR THE RENTAL OF PADDLE TENNIS COURTS:
- To use the courts it is absolutely essential to have made a previous reservation on them, having proceeded to their payment through the digital means available, or at the Reception of the club, according to the type of reservation. Reservations can never be made by email or telephone.
- Tracks can be reserved for a playing time of 60, 90 or 120 minutes at a time.
- A reservation may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours in advance, always through the online application or at the Club’s reception, never by email or telephone.
- Refunds will only be made in cases of cancellation as stated in the specific regulations for each service, provided that the deadlines detailed therein are met. The Club will refund the full amount of the reservation to the client’s voucher. If the client does not have a voucher, the Club will activate it and charge the amount to be refunded for the cancellation.
- In case it is raining or the court is impracticable due to rain, the customer may request a refund, which will always be made to the voucher (clubs with outdoor courts).
- If it starts raining once the game has started, and if it has not been playing for more than 30 minutes, the amount of the court will be refunded to the voucher as explained in the previous point. If 30 minutes of play have already elapsed, the court fee will not be refunded (outdoor club).
12. REGULATIONS FOR PRIVATE LESSONS AND PADEL VOUCHERS
- The Duin School’s offer includes private lessons, completely adapted to the specific needs of the student.
- There is the possibility of hiring private lessons for 1 or 2 people.
- The student may choose the day and time that best suits him/her for the class, as long as there are teachers available.
- The day and time when the classes of a voucher are held can be defined class by class or in general for the whole voucher, always with the confirmation of the Club’s coordination.
- Bonds are payable upon purchase.
- Private classes may be cancelled or changed in time or day, as long as it is done at least 24 hours before the class is to be held. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of the class and the amount paid for it.
13. DISCIPLINARY REGIME
Sports centers are considered public spaces in which rules of conduct regulated by a Disciplinary Regime are necessary. This disciplinary regime is a very useful internal document that streamlines disciplinary actions and complements those legal actions that any user or the entity itself deems appropriate to undertake.
13.1. INFRACCIONES
Violations of the rules of conduct will be of three types: VERY SERIOUS, SERIOUS AND MINOR.
The following are considered VERY SERIOUS infractions:
a) The improper use of sports facilities, material or sports equipment that involves a significant disruption of coexistence and seriously, immediately and directly affect the tranquility or the exercise of legitimate rights of others, or the normal development of activities. b) Preventing the use of the sports facility or any of its elements to other users. c) Impeding or seriously obstructing the normal operation of the sports facility. d) Serious and relevant deterioration of equipment, infrastructure, facilities, elements or material of the sports facility. e) Physical or verbal aggression to the staff of the sports facility or another user. f) Disobedience to employees when this may affect the safety of persons. g) Entering consciously in dependencies of the center destined for the opposite sex. h) Sexual practices of any kind within the sports facility. i) Any theft, robbery or attempt, either of any property of a user or of the facility itself. j) The falsification of documents or misuse of documentary records. k) Publicly and notoriously expose, either written or verbal, falsehoods that cause the discredit of the entity or its users. l) Introducing or displaying banners, symbols, emblems or legends that, due to their content or the circumstances in which they are displayed or used, may be considered as an act that incites or encourages violent, xenophobic or racist behavior, or as an act of manifest contempt for the participants in the sports activity. m) Introducing weapons, flares, explosive firecrackers or any flammable, smoky or corrosive product. n) Lighting fires. o) Recidivism of serious offenses.
The following are considered SERIOUS infractions:
a) The improper use of municipal sports facilities, material or equipment when the circumstances do not meet the qualification of very serious.
b) The deterioration of equipment, infrastructure, facilities, facilities, elements or material of the sports facility when not considered very serious.

c) Failure to respect the schedules and operation of sports services. d) Failure to comply with current regulations on consumption of tobacco, alcohol and narcotic
substances. e) Making use of sports services with containers or containers of glass, metal or any other
material other than paper or plastic. f) Accessing the facilities with animals, except as provided by law. g) Access the facilities with vehicles of any kind, except when they have the space provided for this purpose and for the time limited to the duration of the activity. h) Give classes without authorization. i) Perform any lucrative economic activity. j) Play games with or without elements, except in the areas provided for this purpose. k) Introduce objects into the water, except in the cases provided for in the regulations. l) Make photographic or video reports, without express authorization. m) Sublet, assign or lend the right to use the sports areas with reservation to third parties
persons or entities without express authorization. n) Recidivism of minor offenses.
The following are considered MINOR infractions
: a) Using the sports facilities without the appropriate clothing. b) Not respecting the indicated rules that govern each area. c) Use music players without headphones. d) Throwing substances and residues or any type of waste outside the containers intended for this purpose. e) Eating outside the areas set up for this purpose. f) Not heeding the instructions of the staff of the municipal sports facilities. g) Any other breach of duties or the performance of actions prohibited to users in the internal regulations of the centre, when they do not give rise to serious or very serious misconduct.
13.2. SANCIONES
The sanction corresponding to VERY SERIOUS infractions will be the suspension of subscriber rights for a period of 1 year or more, which may lead to definitive suspension.
The penalty for SERIOUS infringements will be the suspension of subscriber rights for a
period of between 1 month and 1 year.
The sanction corresponding to MINOR infractions will be a verbal or written warning with possible loss of subscriber rights for a period between 1 day and 1 month.
13.3. REPOSICIÓN E INDEMNIZACIÓN

Regardless of the sanctions that may be imposed for the acts typified in this Disciplinary Regime
, the offender will be obliged to return and restore the property to its previous state, with compensation for the damages caused.
13.4. RESPONSABLES
a) Those who commit infringements of these Regulations shall be responsible for them.
b) When the actions constituting an infringement are committed by several persons jointly, and it is not possible to determine the degree of participation of each one, they shall all be jointly and severally liable, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on common administrative procedure.
13.5. PROCEDIMIENTO
In the event of an alleged infraction, the action to be taken will be as follows:
a) The Management of the Sports Center gives the user a communication informing him of the disciplinary proceedings opened and the statement of objections. Until the decision of the sanction, the subscriber may use the facilities, except in cases of serious or very serious infringements.
b) The user may present in writing the allegations and propose the means of proof that he or she deems appropriate in defence of his or her rights. You have a period of 10 days from the date this document is sent.
c) Once the above procedure has been completed, the Management of the Centre, within a maximum period of 20 days from the receipt of the allegations, notifies the interested party of the agreement taken.
d) Faults considered as very serious infractions will be reported to the sports area of the City Council of the municipality itself, in the event that the facility is of a public nature.
14. USE OF INVITATIONS
The Duin centres can deliver invitations to season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders with the aim of facilitating access to the sports centre for people who are not season ticket holders.
To make use of these invitations, the following must be attended:
- Each Duin center will decide the reason for the delivery of the invitations according to its own commercial policy, without having to maintain these reasons indefinitely in time.
- There is a limit to the use of invitations per user of 2 invitations per year. This period will be counted from the use of the first of the invitations so that from that date no more than 2 invitations can be used in a period of less than 1 year.
- Invitations may not be used by former subscribers who have been unsubscribed for less than 1 year or who have an outstanding receipt.
- The use of an invitation allows the user to access the sports centre for 1 day and make use of the same services and activities as the subscribers with a total fee. In no case will it include services such as courses, personal training, beauty services, health services,…
- The use of an invitation implies allowing the processing of the user’s personal data.
- By using the invitations, the user accepts to be aware of the implicit risks that physical exercise may have on health and exonerates the company from any liability for damages and injuries.
- The management of each Duin center may modify this policy for the convenience of its subscribers.
