JIM explains it to you in this video! 1. Hold on with one hand: While holding on to the handrail, use only one hand for balance. This simple action will help you work on your stability and strengthen your core. 2. Focus on your posture: Take advantage of the journey to improve your posture. Keep your abdomen contracted and your back straight, consciously activating your core muscles. 3. Balance exercises: Try to lift one foot off the ground, or alternate the weight from one foot to the other, as long as it’s safe to do so. These exercises will help improve your balance and coordination. We believe that the key to a healthy lifestyle lies in consistency and creativity.
