RUN to reach what you want, SWIM to get out of trouble, JUMP to touch something that seems to be on the moon. In our spaces you have everything you need to do it: equipment, trainers, technology. But do you know what? You are not obliged to come to the club if you do not want to. Here we promote active and healthy living beyond our walls and that is why we encourage you to make simple decisions, walk a little more, leave the elevator for others, fill the plate with green. Because more than a place to come to sweat, we are determined to be an attitude.
